June 26 2023 - Another energized, caffeine-fueled meeting of the Planning Group yesterday. We had a FULL agenda - following up on the town hall with Tony Mancini and HRM officials; planning an upcoming meeting on tenants rights; designing the next survey of Ocean Breeze residents on maintenance issues; sharing updates on the latest conversations with the new owners; next steps in registering the resident's organization; and exploring the idea of establishing a food pantry in Ocean Breeze to help residents deal with basic food security issues.
So there is LOTS happening. Details on all these issues to follow!
